Yaxin & David | Castle Howard Wedding, York

I’m so excited to share Yaxin & David’s wedding at Castle Howard in York. Recognisable as the location for both Brideshead Revisited films it is quintessentially English in so many beautiful ways. Yaxin & David currently live in The USA but they met whilst studying at York University. They loved the romance of the old city of York and the drama of Castle Howard so much that they wanted to return to the place they met to say their vows.

It was a pleasure to see how genuinely relaxed and happy Yaxin & David were in each other’s company, truly enjoying every moment of the day as it unfolded and making each other giggle, a lot. Both their families were so warm and welcoming I found it hard to leave for chatting to them all outside whilst watching the incredible fairytale mist and sunset over the lake. It was a most fitting ending to a magical day.  Thank you Yaxin & David for choosing me to capture your wedding, I will remember it always.
